There is no hypothetical income that is taken away by giving him that one chapter, so the purpose of being against piracy doesn't apply here. Piracy is flat-out against the rules of this sub; there's no moral judgement to be had. Butcher doesn't like it when people pirate his works, and this sub is not a place to even acknowledge the piracy. I'm done arguing about this. I'm not a mod, and they've clearly decided to leave this up. Given that Butcher does occasionally visit this subreddit, I think the least we can do is not tell people to go google until they find a link to pirate his material.
