Don't be fooled, there are micro transactions to unlock the game and different scenarios, the tutorial is free, so if you're unfamiliar with PA you will get a chance to try it. The UI and inputs have changed to prison architect mobile download ios on tapping, dragging and pinching, as you'd expect from an app. And it's all done really well so there's nothing to hate from it.
