You guys sound like you need to get Magic Launcher. Press add. Go to your downloads in the explorer thing it gives you. Then press add again. This time it will bring you to the downloads. Choose the Xray mod 1.8.9 download mod.

So, the xray mod works fine in survival…is the fly mod supposed to let you fly in survival? With the new launcher you cant delete meta-inf because it re-downloads every time you start the launcher.

It does work with optifine. This crashed my minecraft everytime I tried to go on multiplayer or a singleplayer map. You need to hit f then double tap the space bar just like you would fly in Creative.
